They are going through an exciting phase of growth and looking for a UX researcher to join the UX design team and help shape the direction and impact of Research. They are looking to take the research function to the next level and this role would be instrumental in assisting to make this happen. Reporting to the Lead UX Researcher, this role will support usual design activities by conducting research through various stages of the design process but also bring a positive mindset to assist in growing the function further. Key Responsibilities:Deliver actionable insights that drives design decisionsManage research projects end-to-end from scoping research briefs through to presenting back recommendations.Execute on research projects using a variety of research methodologies, including depth-interviews, ethnographic research, through to usability testing.Present research findings confidently.Your Skills:

Some experience in planning and conducting UX research which could include lab-based usability studies, remote user research, ethnography or diary studiesConfident oral and written communication skillsNatural curiosity combined with a result driven work ethicA collaborative nature and experience of working with stakeholders including product owners, designers, project managers and engineers.
