The Role:My client are looking for an experienced self-starting and well-rounded Business Analyst to join an IT Readiness project cell to help establish the organisation in preparation for Disaster Recovery.The successful applicant will be responsible for creating service catalogues and service recovery plans to ensure that the IT arm of the organisation are equipped to deal with natural or human-induced network shortages or other disasters. You will be liaising with the business users to document requirements and work closely with engineers to understand the current processes and protocols.
