Have you ever wanted to work as a client facing business analyst in the automotive industry? Now is your chance.You will get to act as a front end to the client for the product management team to elicit and document client requirements and solutions, and smoothly pass these items into the product team for elaboration, implementation and delivery.
We have worked closely with this client over the last 12 months helping them to double in size so it is an excellent time to get involved with plenty of progression opportunities.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers and staff through workshops or other methods of interaction to elicit and capture requirements from the product management team, customers and internal stakeholders:
Support and advise project team and customers onlimitations and opportunities for perfect fit solutionsBe able to understand current and future processflows within the customer and capture and document theseResearch internally and externally applicableareas to support identified requirements and solutions, analyse results andpresent as supporting materialProducing, maintaining and taking ownership ofall analysis deliverables n to a high standard suitable for the intendedaudienceBuild and maintain strong and effective internalrelationships within the product management team including product managers,owners, UX and UI specialists.Facilitate review, revision and handover ofspecifications to other areas of the business and the customerConduct meetings and presentations to shareideas and findingsParticipate in high level inter departmentalproject planning and prioritisationFollow the company policies and procedures, andprovide guidance and advice on their development and maintenancePerform any other task as required

Desirable Skills
ISEB Business Analysis Diploma, IIBA CertifiedBusiness Analysis Professional (CBAP), IIBA Certificate of Competency inBusiness Analysis (CCBA) or equivalent.Knowledge of AGILE methodology and SCRUMKnowledge of the automotive and garagemanagement sectorKnowledge and experience of the softwarelifecycle and development processKnowledge of cloud software solutions, SaaSUnderstanding of Web technology (HTML,JavaScript, CSS)
Requirements
