Are you a senior/lead UX designer ready for that next challenge? I am working with a lively, growing software company that is based in the Oxford City Centre. Joining up with the innovation delivery team working on customer software projects. The company works on projects that make positive contribution to society.Responsibilities:Setting up and attending client meetingsSetting up and running UX workshops and user research sessions (for example, contextual research, stakeholder workshops, user interview and usability testing)Designing user journeys and user interfaces (wire frames and clickable pro types) through to production visual design. Requirements:
Portfolio demonstrating your experience within interaction design, your design thinking and attention to detailFormal training in design or related subjectExcellent communication skills and experience working in multidisciplinary teams and with clientsGreat visual design skillsExperience of designing for multiple platforms, such as web, mobile and responsive designProficient with design and pro typing tools for example Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator and Axure
