We are a well-established Management Information Systems company who build software that is used by over 500 clients across the UK and rest of the world, growing rapidly both domestically and internationally with big plans for the near future!We are looking for program analysts who love to diagnose and solve issues from the database level through to the front end. The successful candidate will have excellent communications skills, a keen awareness for quality and be demonstrate the versatility required to handle a constantly varied workload.

Role and Responsibilities
This is a key role; you will be working in team of developers actively improving the overall quality of the product and helping our clients overcome technical issues.
Throughout the role, you will often be a liaison between clients, business analysts, development teams and support, so your overall stakeholder management skills will be constantly improving.
Performing root cause analysis of issues, prioritisation of new issues, managing client expectations and working with a plethora of different technologies are all part of a normal day. However, we are looking for someone who can bring their skills with them to identify inefficiencies in the process and is actively engaging with the company to improve both our processes and quality of our product range.
As we have a focus on early feedback through a high velocity of releases, you and your team are responsible for maintaining high quality through rigorous testing and code reviews. To further ensure quality you will need to adhere to and enforce our coding standards and best practices.
