Responsibilities

Project lead on various Technology based projects, both internal and external.Understand and support the company's in house technology solutions (full training given).Take the lead on delivering technology solutions to clients, with responsibility for own assigned technology projects from scoping to launch.Identify, understand and document client technology requirements, identifying the most appropriate solution(s) to offer.Provide demonstrations and training on the technology solutions offered to internal and external clients.Direct support line to the Head of Technical ServicesAttend client meetings, which may involve national and international travel.Creating and explaining detailed technical documentation to client stakeholdersScoping, prototyping solutions/ideas and example integrations between various systems, including customer facing proof of concepts and MVPs (Minimum Viable Products)Interact with various internal IT, Development, Information Security and the Operations team to troubleshoot problems and scope integration workflowsTo stay up-to-date with system information, updates, technologies and code languages
Prioritisation of tasks ensuring workload is managed and service delivery standards are met

Skills Required

The ability to prioritise, based on project deliverables and internal business requirements
A customer centric, 'test, learn, iterate' approach to processes and deliverablesAbility to learn and understand new technology solutionsMust be able to create clear, concise, yet thorough, technical documents, as well as create training resources that will be used by non native English speakers.
Strong knowledge of Google Suite, Google Mail, Drive and Docs together with modern internet browsers, etc.A basic understanding of Application Programming Interfaces (API's) and Cloud-based integrationsAbility to present, demo and hold key client meetingsTo make decisions and solves problems based on sound process knowledgeAbility to build and maintain excellent working relationshipsAbility to explain technical processes in a client friendly, clear and logical fashionExtremely client friendly and focused. Must be good in front of clients in both a support, sales support and consultative capacityAble to handle challenging situations and act appropriately

Desirable Skills

To Speak and write any additional languagesUnderstanding of .net, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, MYsql, MSsqlKnowledge of Xinet, Umbraco or any other DAM/CMSAgile Project Management Skills
