We currently require the services of a Front Office CRM Project Manager with Microsoft Dynamics experience to work for a well respected client based in Milton Keynes.We are looking for an experienced CRM Project Manager to join our clients IT department and take responsibility for the full implementation and roll out of the company's Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. As part of the Digital Customer Experience practice you will be responsible for overall project delivery and day-to-day relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
You will lead a major workstream for the CRM project of work, ensuring that associated delivery teams are managed effectively to achieve required benefits and outcomes to time, budget and quality

Front Office Dynamics 365
Sales and Marketing
Inception through to delivery
An appreciation for software development technologies mainly the Microsoft stack.
An appreciation for software design and UI
Previous experience of implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Application and Integration projects
Solid track record of successful IT implementation project delivery within cost, time, quality, scope, risk and benefit constraints
Previous experience of IT implementations involving integrations with multiple systems
Previous experience of IT implementations involving multiple external IT suppliers
