Due to their ongoing continued success they are now looking for a Heavy Lift Operations Supervisor to join the team and help grow the department.In this role you will be resposnible for co-ordinating the management and delivery of all major component services, lifting and exchange. You will work closely with other teams within the business and their customers to ensure efficient delivery within allocated budget and time scales. They are looking for a technical expert in the field to take on a hands on supervisor role , leading from the front. The company have plans to expand the heavy lifting department and start offering 3rd party services so are looking for someone to grow a team around them.This is the perfect role for someone looking to take the next step in their career within a thriving company where they can make their mark on a department and help drive it forward.

The role:

*Oversee all heavy lifting and major component exchange services

*Work closely with other departments to ensure successful project delivery

*Experience of Heavy Lifting Supervision

*Knowledge of WTSR and wind turbine work
