A leading provider of bespoke software and managed solutions to the NHS are looking for a highly competent and ambitious 1st line support team member for their Help desk team, the right person for this role will have a passion for tech in their spare time and a drive to grow and develop.
Salary - £19,000 - £25,000 DOE
37.5 hours between 08:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday
25 days holiday + BH
You will be responsible for assigned user support client devices and software tickets.
Contribute to ongoing projects, roll outs and refreshes.
Support the bespoke applications and process for clinical staff.
Building or QA desktops/laptops images on a deployment platform.
Support and administer MDM, VoIP, VPN, and disk-encryption.
Windows (AD, GP, DFS) and Exchange (O365 based).
Assist with the testing of application enhancements and tech upgrades.
Skills needed to apply:
Good grasp of AD, O365 and Windows desktop.
Strong Desktop imaging abilities.
Strong troubleshooting abilities on a range of technologies.
General networking knowledge - DHCP, DNS, IP.
Must be able to pass a DBS check.
