Business Analyst - DV ClearedDue to a number of key contract wins, my client is looking for several Business Analysts to join their well respected and recognised specialist team. Reporting to the Lead Business Analyst and relevant Project Manager(s), you will manage multiple BA work streams across a number of projects. Candidate will have a strong business analysis background and ideally exposure of working with IT infrastructure.
Individual must have previous exposure of working as a Business Analyst and can demonstrate exposure in the following activities:
• Collecting, understanding, and transmitting the business requirements for projects, and translating these into functional specifications ensuring requirements are clearly understood
• Ability to produce requirements and acceptance criteria and understandable as single statements
• Analysing and documenting business processes
• Document workflows and present results of business analysis, obtaining sign-off from client on the specifications
• Work with Project Engineers to design system test plans and manage customer acceptance testing to ensure alignment to business requirements
Desirable skills:
• Understanding of IT architecture concepts, and comfortable working with the technical architect community
• Exposure of gathering and documenting business requirements for technical projects, including leading workshops for requirements and business process capture
• Excellent negotiation skills with stakeholders, vendors and suppliers
• Demonstrable exposure of working within a structured IT Project environment
• Highly process aware, with evidence of actively contributing to continuous improvement of project processes
• A proven track record in BA work within IT projects
• End to end exposure of the project lifecycle
• Exposure of delivering work streams across multiple simultaneous projects
• Proven exposure interacting directly with end users and technical project teams
• Strong skills in core Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), especially Microsoft Project and Visio
Due to the nature of the client base you will need to hold an active SC or DV clearance
