Sage Support ConsultantSalary - £25,000 to £35,000 per annum (DOE)Location - Home-based Due to continuing growth, the client is now looking for a Sage support consultant to join their busy team. As a Sage support consultant, you will be providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support to Sage 50 & Sage 200 customer base. You will be dealing with issues and requests, troubleshooting and resolving problems, logging and documenting Sage 200 & Sage 50 queries and escalating them where necessary to the senior staff.The role has come about due to number of projects they have won recently. As the role is home-based, you will ideally have minimum 2 years support experience with Sage 200 & Sage 50. You will also be travelling to the client site once a month.
