Market leader within the travel industry and looking for an experienced Project Manager to help deliver the global rollout of Salesforce Service Cloud.Client DetailsInternational Market leader in travelling who implemented Salesforce in 2007 with 3000 users and deployed across 19 countriesDescriptionProject Manager - Salesforce Service CloudJob Purpose:This role is responsible for the deployment and support of the Customer Experience Platform (CXP) which is Salesforce Service Cloud and will be implemented across corporate operational team sin EMEA.It involves working with the CXP global project team, EMEA business leaders to create the long-term vision that will drive continuous improvement of the overall platform whilst strengthening engagement and adoption with Operational stakeholders & users. The Service Cloud Project Manager will work closely with the Global Product Delivery Team to ensure globally consistent cohesion of the service cloud roadmap to ensure alignment with business objectives.Responsibilities:Design, Development & SupportBe the technical salesforce lead for the product deployment and maintenance in EMEA corporate operations configurationDeploy the platform to the front line businesses alongside the operational project teamsSupport and maintain the deployed Customer Experience Platform (CXP) from stakeholder and users across EMEA corporate operationsCollaborate with the Global Technical Team to design innovative and quality fit for purpose solutionsMaintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing business networks and participating in professional gatheringsGenerate high level business requirements for the EMA businessWork with the Global Project Delivery Team Leader to ensure product development projects remain on time, within scope and on budgetAssist with the prioritisation of the product backlogAssist in configuration where requiredProduct Strategy & VisionTo work with the Global project team to deploy the Customer Experience Platform in several phasesCo-ordinate and help maintain a strategic roadmap for CXP & Service Cloud that aligns with other clouds (Sales & Account Management) roadmaps, business objectives and the team's strategy.Collaborate with the Global Product team to identify and provide recommendations on the nature and scope of present and future productsWork with the Lighthouse Project Delivery and Tech teams to action the roadmap using the Agile methodology to provide incremental improvements and iterative development of productsConduct market research using feedback from users, business leaders, Salesforce.com and external third partiesAssist in developing the core positioning and messaging for the Salesforce.com platform ProfileProject Manager - Salesforce Service CloudExperienceDesirable:Salesforce certifications (ADM 201/ADM 301)Salesforce Service Cloud ConsultantProject/software development lifecycle experienceExperience within the Travel industryEssential:Experience with Salesforce.com and the Lightning UIExperience with deploying/managing Salesforce Service Cloud in a medium or large organisationProven teamwork skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsStrong time management and organisation skillsExcellent client/stakeholder management capabilities Job OfferBeing part of a global rollout of Salesforce Service cloud across the EMEA region
