Digital Service Manager/Digital Product Owner/ Applications /IOS/Android/Apps/3-6 month contract/Hertfordshire/£400-£500 per day
One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a Digital Service Manager
Location - Warwickshire
Duration - 3-6 months
Day Rate - Approx. 400 - 500 per day
There are essentially 3 parts to this role which are
*App marketing roadmap and adoption drive (primary focus of role)
*Content management updates (secondary focus of role)
*Small scale online projects
Essentially what the client are looking for is the Digital Service Manager to
*Take a broad view on how and where the app is marketed across the business and identify key strategic activities to drive adoption
*Search out and use data to support any strategic activities
*Collaborate with channel representatives to take a holistic view on how app adoption is driven across online, shops and telesales
*Develop clear strategy with key 'as is' and 'to be' KPIS
*Once signed off, be the clear focal point in the business for app adoption and ensure all strategic activities are delivered within the contract window
*Work across a wide range of stakeholders to drive these changes within the business
