UX Designer - LondonSalary plus Bonus / Shares / Health / Travel / Pension plus moreAs a Designer you will be responsible for creating and guiding the development of an appropriate behavior model and information flow across diverse areas.This team's focus is on delivering compelling physical product design solutions and performance-based user experiences for the Enterprise market. As part of this team, designers are challenged to envision new products solving highly complex problems and have the ability to carry these solutions into high-volume production.Job Role:Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product management, and company leaders to take products from concept to launch.Drive design discussions and collaborative sessions with teams and stakeholders, helping generate concepts and inspire peers and teams.Understand our customers and serve as their advocate when making cross platform design decisions.Leverage your knowledge of native mobile, tablet, and responsive desktop design to create engaging user experiences.Assist in the planning and estimating of design activities, participating in broader work stream coordination and expectation setting.Iteratively prototype designs for user research using tools (such as Axure) and/or jQuery, HTML and CSSCollaborate in planning and observing user tests and other design research activities.Deliver detailed wireframes, user flows, and other artifacts to agile development teams and refine as needed during project sprints.Help create and maintain style guides and pattern libraries.Experience:Proficient with UX design programs such as Visio, Omnigraffle, Photoshop, Illustrator, Axure, etc.Strong communication skills and proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.Bachelor's or Master's degree in HCI, Human Factors, Interaction Design, or related field, or equivalent experience.At least 3 years experience as a key member of a UI/UX team through the product development cycle of several successfully launched web, mobile and/or software applications.Please get in touch for more details.Please get in touch for further details.
