Role: Agile Coach (Inside IR35)

Contract: 6 Months

Rate: £500pd-£550pd

Our leading client based in Cardiff are looking for an Agile Coach to join the business on a 6 month contract. You will be joining a large development team of up to 16 scrums, delivering a challenging portfolio of legislative and transformational change and be responsible for ensuring a consistent and effective Agile development approach with transparent metrics driving continuous improvement in the pace and quality of the clients pipeline delivery.

Skills and experience required

- Expertise in setting up, administering and supporting Atlassian tools, specifically Jira and Confluence

- Expertise in Reports / Dashboard design in Jira

- Expertise in integrating Jira with other toolsets eg ServiceNow, Kibana and - Concourse pipelines

- Expertise in Groovy Scripting

- Experience working with Agile development methodologies

- Central Government experience (Desirable)
