Finance Systems AnalystLeeds£35,000 12 Month FTC (likely to be extended further 12 Months) Experis IT are currently recruiting for a Finance Systems Analyst to join one of our key global Law Firm clients based in Leeds. The role is mainly working with Finance to maintain the finance systems used across the Firm. It will involve working closely with stakeholders, project managers, business analysts, suppliers, development teams and support teams to translate the business requirements into deliverables.As part of this role you can expect to be involved in: Balancing and liaising with suppliers to resolve data inconsistenciesProvide system access and resolve security issuesSupport budgeting, forecasting & BI which meet the requirements of the BusinessImplementation, monitoring and reporting of controls across all systems including authorisations, segregation of duties and data integrityEnsure that system setup processes are fully documented and kept up to date with new information or changesContribute to projects running to improve finance arenaSupport the needs of the business through changing regulations and corporate structures.Support continuous improvement of the finance systemsExperienceSolid experience of working in a finance systems function supporting business stakeholdersProven stakeholder management experience, demonstrating ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressurePresent options (in plain English) and assist stakeholders in understanding the pros/cons and to select the appropriate one.
