Operating at the forefront of their industry, they work very closely with a range of schools and colleges, and are now looking to recruit an IT Support Analyst who will be site based at a leading and prestigious independent school in Chelsea, London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced IT Support Analyst to take the next step on their career path.  The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to end-users as well as supporting, monitoring and maintaining a wide range of technical systems associated with the school’s IT infrastructure.This will suit someone with 2+ years of similar experience, with a passion for all kinds of technology, backed with the interpersonal skills and patience to help people of all levels of technical ability. The role is varied and interesting, working with leading technologies in a dynamic independent school that has a forward-thinking IT strategy and are investing substantially in enterprise grade infrastructure to support next generation teaching and learning. As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for resolving all user support issues, as well as general administration of the school’s network and IT systems.To be considered for this role, you must have up-to-date skills and experience of installing, supporting and administering some of the following technologies: - Windows 10, Microsoft Office 2019
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Cloud technologies, including Office 365 and Microsoft Azure
- Microsoft Server 2012r2 / 2016 / 2019
- Wired and wireless networks, firewalls and internet content filters   
- PCs, Laptops, mobile devices and audio-visual systemsAs an IT Support Analyst, it is essential that you are a clear and logical thinker with a quality approach to customer service.
