Spring IT recruitment are looking to recruit a new Resourcer to work in their Sheffield city centre offices

£16k - £18k + Excellent Commission Scheme

Working with a Senior Account Manager, you will manage the full candidate lifecycle, from identifying suitable candidates to managing them through the full recruitment lifecycle to post placement care.

Day to day responsibilities will be supporting the full recruitment lifecycle, across numerous clients, to include:

- Write creative job adverts and publish them on internet job boards.

- On-line Database searches

- Networking with candidates / referrals / lead generation

- Manage all advert response and give feedback to unsuccessful candidates

- Filter out unsuitable candidates through in-depth interviewing and screening, according to the corporate client's requirements and agreed service level agreements.

- Write up full interview notes, to be presented to the client.

- Short-listing suitable candidates to be sent to clients

- Arranging interviews

- Making offers to candidates and securing placements.

- Assist with the administration of campaign work / project work.

- Report on personal activity and achievement on a weekly basis.

Required skills and qualifications:

* Preferably Degree educated (or equivalent)

* Excellent telephone manner / customer service skills

* Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills are essential

* Evidence of achievement through academics, work or hobbies.

* Some Sales experience is preferable (though not essential)

* Some commercial experience is preferable i.e. holiday work or industrial placement.
