Role: PHP Developer

Salary: Up to £45,000 Per Annum

Location: Northampton

PHP / Linux / MYSQL / Maria DB / LAMP / Unit Testing / Selenium / JavaScript / JQuery / VueJS / HTML 5 / AWS / API / JIRA / Wordpress Magento

My client is looking for an experienced PHP Developer to join their expanding digital agency. They should have commercial experience in a similar role, and have used the LAMP stack. The successful candidate will be working on their existing clients websites as well as developing their own software and systems. You will be able to work individually, and in a small team, to plan, design and execute development projects to give their clients an advantage over their competitors

You will be responsible for:

*Creating modules and working on other programming projects using mainly OOP in a LAMP environment (PHP/MYSQL/Maria DB)

*Planning, designing, executing and testing new programming work

*Making contributions to new business solutions developments

*Helping to make the company more functional and efficient, and be up-to-date with new security features.

*Fixing and tracing bugs

You must have experience using:

PHP 7 & 5.6.

Linux/Apache/MySQL

GIT and Composer.

It would be preferable if you had experience using:

Testing Suite (Unit testing, Selenium etc.)

Vanilla JavaScript / JQuery / VueJs / HTML 5

Linux server admin

AWS

API integration

JIRA or similar system for task management

WordPress, Magento, PrestaShop or similar
