Training Course Designer (SC Cleared), JSP 822, ISR, MPE, Materiel Personnel Exploitation, Business Requirements, Military, Defence, Army, TAFMIS, Training Statement, Assessment Strategy, Assessment Specification, Learning Scalar, Learning Specification, Course Design, Computer Based Training, Practitioner Course, SC Cleared, SC Clearance, Security Cleared, Security Clearance. Our Defence client are looking for a Specialist to develop & deliver an ISR (MPE) Course with associated assurance documentation to JSP 822 standards.Individual will be required to review the Training Needs Analysis documentation which was completed on 2 Mar 18 and draft the supporting documentation to include:

A Formal Training Statement (FTS).

b. An Assessment Strategy (AStrat)

c. Assessment Specification (Aspec).

d. Learning Scalar

e. Learning Specifications.

f. Course Design (which may result in a solution of Computer Based Training and Practitioner Course). Who you will work with: The current team is headed up by a 1* Officer. Key staff include 2 SO1 and desk lead responsible Officers. This team is supported by a team of analysts and a Learning Development Adviser. Key Skills/Experience:Must have DCTS design course qualifications Or DSATMust have an understanding of the Intelligence WorldMust have an understanding of MPE (Materiel Personnel Exploitation)Must have experience working with Subject Matter Experts to elicit and document complex business requirementsMust have deep knowledge and experience working with MilitaryStrong knowledge and understanding of policies and procedures within a Defence environment is highly desirableWorking knowledge of TAFMIS desirable
