My client is currently recruiting for an IT Support/Customer Service candidate to add to their already growing team in the heart of London. The ideal candidate will have some prior experience of working on a high performing service desk and working to SLA's / managing escalations.Client DetailsMy client works in the Technology sector providing IT Support to a variety of clients across many sectors. Their primary focus is customer satisfaction and they have a large portfolio of clients also.DescriptionProviding general store support over the phone and via emailDealing with retailer enquires by phone and emailDealing with customer enquiries by email / web formDealing with customer escalationsDealing with customers via Social Media platformsManaging change requests from clientsGenerate bespoke weekly/monthly reportsReporting of weekly performance to KPIEnsure accuracy of CRM system and client accountsManage relationships within client accountsGeneral duties as required to support our client baseManage orders for new products and services to completion ProfilePrevious experience working on a high performing service deskExperience working to SLA and managing escalations.
