We are passionate about training, technology and career development.Role SummaryOur client's Data Platform is being transformed and moved to new co-located infrastructure which will involve the introduction of new cloud toolsets and a new operating model. As part of the transformation, our client require an experienced Business Analyst to assist in the programme, specifically focused on the automation of workflows.Main ResponsibilitiesUsing agile methods (scrum), you will be expected to liaise across technical and business teams to accurately document process flows, perform logical data modelling where necessary and gather requirements via the authoring of user stories.Essential Skills & ExperienceThe role requires an experienced Business Analyst familiar with a broad range of IT systems, both infrastructure and applications ideallyMust possess a strong BA skillset including superb communication skills, both verbal and writtenExcellent analytical skillsetExperience with agile methods (scrum) Experience with logical data modelling Lots of experience with user stories, requirements elicitation, process flow mapping, operating model changes / process reengineeringWorkflow managementDesired Skills & Experience An awareness of ITIL Previous financial services experience, especially relating to data distribution or electronic trading platforms Experience working with a geographically distributed team Experience of large scale transformations / re-platforming, especially relating to private cloud infrastructure Interested candidates should submit their CVs in the first instance.
