This company is totally tech focused with massive expansion plans for their development team in the coming years.Applicants don't necessarily need to come from a development background in the financial services sector, however they are looking for candidates to have a real sense of pragmatism, a logical approach to projects and the ability to work in a creative way.DescriptionWeb Application Developer (Reading)Key responsibilities of this role include:Rebuilding customer facing portalsContributing to overall front end developmentEnsuring coding standards are adhered toOptimising performance of code and reviewing code of junior developersWorking closely with the architecture teamInitially (the first 9-12 months), they are envisaging the role to be rather front end orientated, focusing on customer facing aspects of web/web applications, contributing to design decisions and overall UI/UX.
