Role: Agile Coach

Location: West London, Sunbury-On-Thames

Contract: 4 Months + Extensions Our client, a multinational information technology organisation and one of the top 10 largest employers in the world across all sectors is currently recruiting for an experienced Agile Coach based at one of their major sites in Sunbury, West London.They are at the forefront of new technology and innovation, constantly setting as well as breaking the mould on boundaries within the technology and business sector.The project will be for a large scale Agile transformation, evolving from 2000 users to 8000 over time. They have outlined a strategic goal of transforming its ways of working and associated business culture, to become more agile and more digital.We're looking for Agile Coaches and experienced Scrum Masters who are able to work as a squad to coach both Teams and LeadershipCandidates need to be confident and able to adapt coaching style to meet the needs of the team or individual they are coachingThe successful candidate will have;Previous Agile Transformation experienceWell versed in Scrum and KanbanExperience of Lean PrinciplesKnowledge of SAFe and LeSSRelevant Agile Coach certifications/accreditation If this sounds ideal for you, please apply via CV!
