You will be required to achieve SC clearance Client DetailsA leading organisation based in Bristol looking for a Senior PMO Analyst. You will be required to achieve SC clearance DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for creating, developing, implementing and improving processes & accuracy of reporting and the management of all organisational projects, programmes and programme schedules. Key responsibilities: Planning Management Ensure quality and accuracy of project/programmes in line with budgets and timelines Development and management of programme plans Analysis, metrics and reports against programme performances Risk management and governance Managing the governance and process around the project Creating templates and documentation as required at different project stages Facing off against stakeholders at all levels to facilitate effective project delivery Owning the master programme plan Producing a weekly report on project progress Running regular decision making & update sessions on both a regular and ad-hoc basis Ensuring project controls are in place and adhered to ProfileThe person Significant previous experience providing Project Planning / PMO support to complex projects Ability to create, maintain and regularly produce various reports on project progress Willingness to arrange, chair and contribute to various project meetings P6/Microsoft project Job Offer£40,000 - £45,000 + benefits
