£45,000 - £60,000 + Van + Mobile Phone + Laptop + Progression + Holiday + Pension

Are you a site manager with a strong background in construction looking to join a longstanding, expanding company that will invest in you?

Do you have a background in groundworks, residential building and leading or supervising a team?

This company have been well-established over 50 years and are continuing to grow with new business and contracts and are currently expanding their workforce. They specialise in groundworks, civil engineering and construction services across the South.

In this role you will be based on site, supervising and overseeing a team of foreman, reporting to the contracts manager, setting out house foundations, carrying out groundworks calculations and draining services and ensuring client specifications are adhered to a high standard.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a house building site management, have in depth construction and groundworks knowledge, experience liaising with clients and customers when required and hold a valid CSCS card.

The Role:*Site based (South West)

*Daily management of the construction site

*Supervising staff

*Co-ordinating suppliers and liaising with the contracts manager

*Setting out house foundations, coordinating groundworks and drainage procedures

The Person:*Site management experience (ideally in house builds)

*CSCS Card

*SMTS Card (desirable)

*Construction/groundworks background

*Ability to lead and co-ordinate a team
