This role is available as the company is expanding.The Job:You will undertake and support activities associated with acoustic rangings, both on shore and on board ships and submarines The key focus of this role is underwater radiated noise measurements, analysis, interpretation, reporting and knowledge transfer Identification of the specific characteristics of the platforms that contribute to platform vulnerability through to detection by threat sonar The Fit.You will need to hold at least a Degree level qualification in a Science or Engineering topicPlease highlight any Physics, Acoustics modules as these will be particularly relevantStrong report writing skills are also needed
