Job Title: Head of ITLocation: Pencoed, BridgendSalary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annumJob type: Permanent, Full timeThe Company, an owner managed group based in the Bridgend area, with offices in the USA and Thailand, are currently looking for a Head of IT to join them in their Bridgend office.They are an established company with an IT team of four developers and three systems administrators. They use a combination of bespoke and off-the-shelf systems, both hosted and onsite servers and Cisco infrastructure.The Role:They're looking for an experienced Head of IT to oversee all Information Technology functions across the company globally. You will oversee the IT team with responsibility for all aspects of IT infrastructure and Systems and manage the company's technology operations and the implementation of new IT systems and policies.The goal is to ensure IT systems and people are effective and functioning within the limits of budget, time and specifications of the company.The Candidate:You will be very knowledgeable in IT and computer systems with a solid technical background while able to manage and motivate people.
