You will need to manage compliance checks against the specifications and client requirements. As part of this role you will need to attend pre construction design development meetings and you will need to rectify any design issues pre and during the construction phase.This role would therefore suit a CAD Technician with experience in the Civil/Construction or Structural industries, who is looking to join an industry leading company where you will play a key part on prestigious projects.The Role:CAD TechnicianWorking on refurbishment projects for historic buildingsAssisting the Design ManagerAttending pre construction meetings£35,000-£45,000 + Bonus + Training + Progression + Pension + Excellent benefitsThe Person:CAD TechnicianExperience in Civil/Construction or Structural industriesKeen interest in Historic Buildings & StructuresCommutable to South East London
