We are currently looking for MDM Technical Project Manager for our client from the food and beverage industryStart: ASAP

Location: Düsseldorf (Ger), Den Bosch (NL) or Deventer (NL)

Client would like to provide business apps to end users, besides the current basic email service. Business data must be protected while empowering users to be more productive.Position Summary

Responsible for the project management, performance and successful delivery of a secure global Mobile Device Management solution. The person is responsible for the deliverables, quality, timeliness and financial objectives in addition to positive Customer satisfaction for the project at any given time.Tasks: Operational Duties

Work directly with Service Owner, applications owners, external service provider and other relevant stakeholders on coordinating all aspects of the project execution through Customer handoff and project closeout.

- Coordinate, plan and execute the commission and decommission process of mobile devices (smart phones and tablets)

- Develop a detailed project plan and playbook to monitor and track project progress

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques and report and escalate to Service Owner as needed

- Perform risk management to minimize project risks

- Uses negotiation skills to consistently resolve disputes without the need for escalation

- Coordinate, establish and maintain relationships with internal resources and third parties/ vendors for project execution

- Ensure resource availability and allocation by working with team leads and associated teams.

- Actively manages meeting minutes, project issue lists and trackers.

- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

- Shares and clarifies EMM documentation with Infrastructure Architects, Engineers and other relevant Information Technology teams.

- Assists in a successful handover of the EMM solution to the Service Provider

- Other duties as assigned

Skills:

- Experience in Enterprise Mobility Management

- Strong experience as technical project manager keeping projects in time, scope and budget

- Experience in implementation of MDM solutions/ tools

- 3-5 years project management experience with emphasis on Information Technology in large scale

enterprise environments

- Experience with IOS and Android Mobile device management

- Strong coordination skills

- Experience in agile IT environments
