Senior PMO Analyst

PMO Analyst / Project Management / Change Management / Warwickshire

My client, a nationally recognised organisation, known for being a great place to work is looking for a Senior PMO Analyst to join their Enterprise PMO Team at their head office in Warwickshire.

This role will initially be a 12 month FTC to cover maternity but will have potential to go permanent.

Key Responsibilities:

*Responsible for leading and developing the PMO Analysts to maximise their capability and contribution.

*Bring order and structure to the delivery of change using specialist skills in planning, estimating, scheduling, budget and resource management whilst ensuring adherence to the change and governance frameworks.

*Analysing, interpreting and providing insight on the progress of projects/programmes through establishing project controls to provide a consistent and accurate view of delivery.

*Conducting routine project/programme health checks and audits you will lead on the implementation of recommendations.

Key Skills and Experience required:

*Significant experience of working in a similar Senior PMO Analyst role.

*Experience of transformation projects through the entire project lifecycle.

*Be able to demonstrate experience of Project Management methodologies gained across a diverse range of departments with internal and external suppliers.

*Strong commercial acumen you will be experienced in invoicing, accruals and financial estimates.

*Ideally you will be educated to degree level or equivalent.

*Ideally be qualified in P3O and / or PRINCE2.
