Account DirectorEdinburgh £45,000 - £50,000 Are you a Senior Account Manager? Working within the Digital, Creative or IT space?Looking for a step up into a fully strategic position within a leading Tech Company where your input is not just valued, but integral to the running of the Account Management function?Great - then keep reading! I'm working with a leading Microsoft Partner, Digital agency and Creative hub in Edinburgh who are expanding their Account Management team with a seasoned Account Director.

You should be comfortable working alongside other Account Managers, Senior Management team (incl. C-Suite) and Technical staff across the business - but most importantly, you should love Customer engagement and interaction!Everything you do is customer centric - whether that's helping them shape their Digital Transformation plans, or offer guidance on the latest technologies available to them, or simply just reassuring them that everything will be alright when plans go wrong!Your daily tasks will be fluid, as every day in Account Management generally is, but typically you could expect to;Delivering exceptional service for clients and achieving excellent resultsMaximise commercial opportunities for client retention and growthScoping and defining programmes of work, digital projectsGaining a full understanding of your client's business, issues and aims to find opportunities to bring added value to their organisationLead and play a key role in pitches and new business tender processesManaging and maintaining retainer contracts and financial admin.
