Java Developer / Software Engineer (Java JVM Cloud AWS Microservices CI/CD Agile). Would you like to work on complex and interesting systems that provide daily challenges; collaborate with a friendly and upbeat team and improve your skills whilst enjoying a good work / life balance?

You could be learning and developing your skills at a fast growing FinTech that is helping to revolutionise consumer banking through the use of advanced data centric, cloud based technology.

As a Java Developer you'll join one of the company's many feature teams depending on your areas of interest and expertise. You'll be responsible for maintaining and developing features and will work closely with other developers to investigate design approaches, prototype new technology and assist with the architecture and design of new and current systems.

You'll be based in modern, open plan offices with all the latest kit; a well stocked kitchen / break out area and a highly motivated team atmosphere with flexible working opportunities.

Requirements:

Strong Java / JVM development skills

Experience with microservices

Good knowledge of Cloud based technologies (AWS preferred)

Logical mindset with strong problem solving skills

Genuine passion for technology; keen to learn and continually innovate

Collaborative with strong communication skills
