Senior / Lead Front End / React developer - Oslo I am looking to speak with lead or senior front end developers, who are passionate about react, for a position in Oslo where you have the chance to build your own team! If you are looking for a challenge this could be the role for you. You will be entering as the lead front end developer and be the most senior react developer within the company - with this comes even more responsibility as you will get the opportunity to help build up the team and be a part of the recruitment process. Currently in the team is 1 front end developer and 1 UX designer who are both working closely with the CEO and product owner to work on their legacy systems as well as developing/designer brand new servers and applications. You will be working on a real estate product that is changing the way we look at houses, buy houses and more. Making what is an extremely stressful process, a great deal easier.This company have branched off successfully from their larger parent company who still supports them - their developers are also around for a more social environment and in case advice is wanted. Successful candidates will also take part in the whole recruitment processes and be able to select new members of their team. Their current legacies are based on angular.js but with the help of consultants they are changing over to react.js. Their other technologies include JavaScript, HTML, CSS on the front end and the back end focuses with .NET, C# and Amazon Web Services (AWS) for their work in the cloud. However, when it comes to front end technology, you will get the responsibility to choose what will work best for you, your team and the projects. You will be working partially on the legacy programmes but your focus will be on building brand new progressive web applications and continuing on adding brand new features to these also. You will have a lot of freedom but with that the responsibility as you won't have someone telling you what to do - you will be proactive in your work and be able to get things done based on your own initiative.
