User Researcher / User Experience / Inside IR35 / Contract / 6 Months / Cardiff / £500-£550pd

Role: User Researcher

Contract: 6 Months

Rate: £500-£550 per day (Inside IR35)

Our leading client are currently recruiting for an experience User Researcher to join the business to ensure the client drives the desired customer behaviour within its services, which will include collaborating with Communications colleagues to improve guidance and digital correspondence as well Operational colleagues to reduce customer contact through nudge technique optimisation.

Skills and experience required

* Research methods experience - qualitative and quantitative

* Study design and hypothesis testing experience

* Survey Design - questionnaire design, cognitive testing and sampling

* Interpret data and present results

* Behavioural Insights experience (including randomised control trials)

* Stakeholder management experience

* Project experience

* Ability to use R or Python (Highly desirable)
