Active Directory, Group Policies, SCCM, VMware, Windows server The projectMy client are global brand in the heart of Leeds who are looking to integrate their entire legacy systems, domains and Networks into a new dynamic parent company platform. There are a number of pressing requirements for the project to be successful and one of the areas they are looking at is Active Directory migration. You will be working solely on the AD part of the migration. Legacy environment as it stands but upgrading the domain controllers and standardising with the parent company systems. There is around 7000 artefacts in the domain and you will be working closely with the Windows infrastructure team in Leeds and the AD team in the US. The client are at the very early stages of the Microsoft Azure journey too so any knowledge with this would be beneficial Key skills and experienceActive Directory SME with experience of AD migrationsImplement changes to and Support Active Directory and associated servicesInfrastructure - GPO, DNS DHCP, ADFSIdeally experienced in IT change management tools/controlsMicrosoft Windows server, SCCM and VMwareNeed to have the ability to hit the ground runningSelf-motivated with a strong delivery focus

Nice to have:AD Quest management toolsExperience with Azure / Office365, Cloud infrastructureMicrosoft certifications; MCITP or MCSE on Active Directory or associated Azure Active Directory authentication technologies This is a flagship project for my client so extremely important to get someone with the right attitude to deliver. This would suit an experienced AD Subject Matter Expert with strong technical skills but also the ability to read situations, very quick on the uptake and get the job done.
