Agile Coach I am looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Agile Coach to join my clients team to help improve delivery processes across their IT systems.You will be responsible for implementing the benefits of agile ways of working and everything that it entails. Essential skills:Strong focus on continuous improvementStrong experience in Agile delivery techniquesExploring agile principles in new and existing waysYou must have shown financial impact through your ways of introducing, using and coaching AgileExperience of implementing and mentoring Agile in large complex organisations Beneficial kills:Software development experienceWorked in a retail environment previouslyTeaching, mentoring and supporting peopleDelivery manager experience would be advantageous In order to be considered for this role, you must have at leat 3 years experiece as an Agile Coach.
