Infrastructure Engineer Bristol to £50kThe Infrastructure Engineer role requires broad yet detailed technical knowledge to cover all facets of IT Infrastructure, Networking, Comms, Security, third party IT engagement, public and private cloud to AD, Single Sign On and DevOps to lead Lour client through the next stage of its growth. The Infrastructure Engineer role is will suit a technical specialist who has wants to influence and shape the operational delivery of IT services. The Infrastructure Engineer role will combine being hands-on and working with IT partners to design, influence and direct IT solutions from the build and imaging of hardware through to strategic direction and adoption of new technologies to deliver improved user experience and business benefits.
Infrastructure Engineer Key experience
? A good, broad knowledge of ICT infrastructure with an excellent understanding of how infrastructure services relate to other areas of ICT and a working knowledge of how they impact on other business functions.
? Experience of delivering ICT infrastructure services, to policy and procedural standards, for an organisation heavily dependent on ICT, ideally with field-based teams.
? Have an excellent understanding of the fundamental elements of hosting and consuming cloud technologies,
? Experience in managing security, compliance, AD, exchange, networks etc..
? Relevant technical certifications (e.g Microsoft, AWS, Cisco)
? Experience working with outsourced IT partners
