An exciting opportunity for an experienced R&D Manager located in Chongqing has arisen. Our client is a leading international high technology company who create cutting-edge solutions to improve the quality of life with green, easy-to-use products, and dedicated for leading manufacturers of high-value printed circuit boards and IC substrates.

Our client is looking for talented people, and who had enthusiasms for project delivery, new business development and team management.

Your responsibilities:

* Responsibility for end to end project development, and marketing future technology development.

* Leveraging good effectiveness scale from marketing/strategy, other R&D teams, plants and customer requests.

* Integrating matters from customers, suppliers, business, involved departments, internal and external functions.

* Identifying and running business cases, cost estimation, responsibilities, timelines and escalation paths.

Your profile:

* Hand on experience in senior management, especially in semiconductor and consumer electronics.

* Degree in applicable area of expertise (Engineering, EEE, Chemistry, Mechanical and others).

* Able to run/set up new technological business in the electronic industry.

* Skilled in mid and large-scale project management.

* Strong leadership skills as Champion of business impact projects.

* Knowledgeable for purchasing, finance, production, supply chain management.

* Good roadmap mind and commercially aware.

* Excellent communication skill for English and Chinese.
