They are now looking for an Engineering Manager who will be instrumental in the continued growth of the company.In this role you will take full ownership of a fully automated facility and you will manage a team of 4 engineers. Within the team is a mix of abilities with varied length of service therefore you will be required to create an improvement culture and have strong leadership skills to create an effective, high performing maintenance team.This would therefore ideally suit an Engineering Manager with strong people management skills who is looking to join a world class business where you will be instrumental for the success of the department.
