Job DescriptionThe first stage in the process is to make sure their investment is successful. The Consultants spend time with the clients at the beginning of their journey and help; get business communities on board, tailor the platform to the specific needs of the customer using custom features and integrations, work with the customers to define success metrics and support our customers through the entire journey.Role & ResponsibilitiesGenerating business requirements through structured meetings and workshopsCreating functional specifications for customisations using user stories and basic wire-framesCreating custom Information ArchitecturesDefining and documenting CMS security permission structuresDefining and documenting CMS targeting and personalisation rulesReviewing and making recommendations on customer data and contentUnderstanding of Microsoft's Office 365 platformWorking with the customer to understand their key performance dataExtra awesome:Creating technical specifications for custom 3rd party integrationsAdvising customers on Office 365 and Azure authentication optionsCreating specifications for complex customisation and integration scenariosAdvising customers on on-premises Hybrid scenariosAdvising customers on Enterprise Search scenariosAssisting with technical pre-requisites and pre-sales callsDesigning analytics dashboards to surface key performance dataBenefits Microsoft Gold Partner - MSP Great Training and Development Fun, Friendly Environment
