Design Engineering ManagerBristol£45'000 - £55'000 + Progression + Bonus + Healthcare + Life Assurance + Pension + HolidayExcellent opportunity to join a unique manufacturing business offering both technical and career development pathways as the business continues to succeed, in a highly varied and autonomous role, where you will be called upon for your exceptional design and management abilities.This specialised medical device manufacturer are continuing to expand their operation, and due to continued demand for their services and products they have created the Design Engineering Manager role.This role will take 5 established direct reports from the existing R&D team with a view to injecting fresh knowledge and ideas to the department, whilst allowing the business to continue growing. The business will give you full autonomy on the technical side of things and move design projects move through from cradle to grave.The ideal candidate for this job will come in with strong CAD skills, ideally with a good knowledge of solidworks as well as line management experience.
