PC Support Administrator £20,000- £27,000 + Bens

The ideal candidate will have experience gained in a help desk environment and be used to the fast-paced and demanding environment of a trading company. You will be supporting a wide range of people and be able to adapt to dealing with people face to face and via phone and email.

Role Overview

To work weekly alternating shifts of 7am to 3pm and 11am to 7pm, Monday to Friday. Occasional weekend work when required.

The PCSA's role will be to support incidents, problems and requests from all end users. Responsible for answering IT requests, provide administration and support, including ensuring only authorised software is being run on the network and maintaining an accurate inventory of PC related hardware.

Salary: £20,000- £25,000

Benefits- 25 days holiday, 3% pension scheme, season ticket loan, subsidised gym membership, Christmas bonus, overtime paid if required.
