HR Project Manager Location: West London (Adhoc remote work available)We are actively looking to secure a Project Manager to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.Experis Consultancy is a Global entity with a well-established team with over 1000 consultants on assignment across 20 clients globally. We are passionate about training, technology and career development.Role Outline: Our client is looking for a Project Manager who will be crucial to the success of their non-volume recruitment transformation programme, which involves the integration of a new product. You will report directly into the Programme Manager and will work alongside 5 other Workstream Leaders.With a high level of autonomy in the role, you will have the confidence to develop your ideas through to completion.Responsibilities: Facilitate and capture the end to end 'To-Be' candidate and colleague recruitment journeys (documenting end to end processes, including on and off system steps)Lead the implementation of the new On-boarding platform, process and enabling technology supportWork in close partnership with the HR Technology Workstream Lead (delivering the technical solution) to ensure deliverables from both Workstreams are alignedOversight of Brand deliverables e.g. videos and animationsEnsuring that process and design changes are documented, presented and signed off through the Design Authority (as appropriate), with options, costs, pros and cons as requiredDefining the scope of your workstream and shaping a delivery plan including testing and validation, knowledge transfer, and post go live support, as requiredDriving the Workstream delivery plan within time / budget constraintsProvide input into OD and Technology workstreams as requiredProviding regular status updates and reporting on WorkstreamManaging risks and issuesContribute to the success of the project as an effective member of the project teamGet input to solutions from business stakeholders and support their transition to new processes with change management activityExperience:Experience with on-boarding platforms / or a HR Project Management backgroundNeed to have gravitasConfident pushing back to suppliers and stakeholders.Take ownership of your own workstream and show initiativeThe ability to command attentionExcellent organisation skillsIf you have the above skills please submit your profile
