Quality Administrator Quality Administrator The work location is in Newcastle upon Tyne and is a 6 Month Contract role. The role is working for the world's first and only full stream provider of integrated oilfield products, services and digital solutions. DescriptionThis role will involve management and co-ordination of inspection activities at vendors. Interface with Supplier/Client/3rd Party/Certifying authority representatives. Essential Responsibilities:Reports to ROW Project Quality LeaderArrange & monitor vendor inspection activities relating to Newcastle & Brazil projects.Arrange & assist with client on-site inspection activities related to supplier productDocument generation to support on-site client inspection activitiesInput information into the inspection Matrix'sHandle telephone enquires external & internalReport/feedback issue's to Quality team, project team & supply chainInterface with Suppliers/Customer/Third Party/Certifying Authority Representatives as required, for Project Team activities.Liaises with the Project Managers, Project Engineers, Senior Quality Engineer, the Quality Engineer Projects, the Quality Engineer, Supply Chain & Support Quality Control/Assurance Technicians.Ensure supplier MPS, MTL Certs, ITPS, WPS & Coating produces are submitted & approved via Newcastle supplier portal.A level of commitment and flexibility is expectedParticipate in Quality EngagementsPerform any other duties as directed by the ROW Project Quality Leader /Quality manager.Ensure that supplier ITPS, MPS, MTLS, WPS & Coating procedures are approved before NOIs can be processedGenerate & Issue out document packages to QA inspectors to support site visit (Purchase orders, Supplier ITPs, Procedures & specifications).Raise NCRS when required Qualifications / Requirements: Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent coupled with strong written and verbal communication skillsComputer competency in Excel, Word Desired Characteristics:Articulate, confident and able to work as part of a team.Flexible attitude and proactive approach coupled with high quality customer service.Ability to use own initiative in prioritizing workload.Problem solvingAbility to perform under pressure to deadlines without compromising standards.First class organizational skills with an emphasis on time management and attention to detail.Ability to work as part of a team and equally as comfortable working alone.
