My client a large global financial services brand is looking for an experienced Marketing Executive - UK Customer Marketing on a initial 9 month contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join the UK Customer Marketing team within the Consumer business (Secondment).The Executive will be responsible for:Executing and delivering the Perception of Coverage communications strategy, focused on driving awareness and organic spend with UK Cardmembers in key industries (Online, Everyday Spend, Retail and Dining)Partnering with the Marketing team to drive engagement and value with the Offers platform and new customer signings.Organizing awareness days for employees in regards to New Signings.Management and delivery of the bi-monthly POC Key New Signings Newsletter across customersOwnership of POC Toolkit and stakeholder management with campaign owners to support claims usage across channels and productsSkilled in CMS and iMH processesOwnership and ongoing management of the POC Customer Marketing investment/budget. QualificationsRequired Skills:Passionate about delivering strong, compelling and differentiated communications. Experience executing marketing communications across BTL channels - including Email, Print and MYCA.Experience in Social Media and Digital Display communications is preferred.Candidate is able to build strong relationships and collaboration to drive mutual business outcomes.Ability to deliver on the companies promise of superior service, while adhering to all legal, compliance and risk requirements.Comfortable in using and applying analytics to inform planning and execution of campaigns and Customer behaviour.Strong attention to detail, including proof-reading and application of copy and language to deliver clear and engaging Customer communications.Experience of working with third-party agencies.A&P and/or Budget administration experience.
