AGRESSO SYSTEM MANAGER SALARY - £55,000-£70,000Location- GlasgowMy client is looking for a ERP system manager, the job will entail Providing leadership and direction for all aspects of the ERP system including system development, business as usual support, end-user training and system upgrades. To Ensure the Systems team delivers significant systems improvements to improve efficiency and deliver value. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a organisation where even at a senior level they still promote further learning. Either Knowledge of Agresso Business World Financial System or Experience of Cognos Analytics or similar BI solution is desirable but not requiredMain duties and responsibilities Lead and manage the ERP TeamSet the overall direction for the team and expectations around performance and behavioursProvide coaching and highlight areas for development and improvementIdentify areas for further development and value add in systems provisionDefine and develop and deliver appropriate roadmap for system delivery aligned to Finance Strategy.Provide and co-ordinate clear systems delivery plan to enable efficiency and value realisation across business processesProvide regular progress updates and adapt prioritisation as required to deliver business goalsOversee all elements of project delivery from initial requirement gathering through to development and implementationEnsure appropriate change management controls and processes are in placeManage and improve BAU support to the business adopting a shift-left approach to service management.Ensure the team display a strong service mentality and processes around issues and help desk management are efficient with issues closed in a timely mannerDevelop systematic improvements to help desk management to address route causes and reduce requirements on the systems teamKnowledge, Qualifications, Skills and ExperienceKnowledge/Qualifications significant experience of managing ERP teamsSufficient level of technical background to provide highly-credible leadership to development team and to be able to accurately and objectively evaluate complex project risks and issueSolid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practiceSkillsStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate an experienced team.Strong customer service skills, with focus on delivering solutions to improve and transform business processesAble to prioritise workload to deliver to tight deadlines and manage competing demands from various stakeholders.Proven analytical and problem solving capability, with a commitment to continuous improvementExperienceDemonstrable experience of full system lifecycle management from business requirements through to implementationExperience of leading ERP teams at a complex organisationBenefits & Perks Generous Pension contributionSubstantial holiday allowanceTraining programmes This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who is looking for a organisation that always pushes you to progress your own career.
