You have experience of analysing data and using various Microsoft suites, plus technical experience in SQL server and access databases. Want to make that experience count for more? Join our Data, Business Intelligence and Systems team at this exciting time, where your skills can help shape the future of our Business Intelligence and management information.

Develop the intelligence reports that our business relies on

Working as part of the team that provides key project and business information for use across FCO Services, you'll be responsible for delivering highly accurate and relevant intelligence reports. This will involve working closely with stakeholders to understand their information needs, before analysing data from a wide range of sources and processing it into digestible information packs that could be digital or printed. The role has a significant technical element, particularly when it comes to using our range of system tools to process, capture and present key information in the best possible way.

Apply your IT expertise where it really counts

We're looking for a real IT expert - someone who knows the Microsoft Office Suite inside out, including MS Projects and Projects Online, and is comfortable creating SharePoint sites, lists and document libraries. Your experience of data warehouses will mean you're able to create tables, schemas, permissions, and scheduled jobs, monitor jobs, create projects and scripts, and develop SSIS solutions to extract, import and clean up data so that new dashboards and reports can be created. You will also be confident supporting and troubleshooting ETL Microsoft Access database and Excel macros, so that the team can use the data to create reports in Microsoft Power BI.

The role involves working independently for much of the time, so it's important that you can work on your own initiative. Excellent team-working and communication skills are also important, however, particularly when it comes to influencing people in more senior positions.

And build a great career with FCO Services

Our customers look to us to respond with speed, agility and innovation to their ever-changing challenges. This gives every job here added significance - including this one, which will expose you to many different areas of the business and give you an overview of our entire operation. Then there are all the great benefits we offer, such as flexible working, an on-site nursery, a salary-related pension, and more.

All our employees have to be security cleared so you will need to undergo a comprehensive vetting process before joining.
