Electrical Design Engineer (Industrial Motors) £40,000 - £45,000 + Technical Development + 33 days' holiday + benefits Luton, Bedfordshire Are you an Electrical Design Engineer from a manufacturing or complex machinery background? Are you looking for a Senior Design Role where you can head up and lead the Electrical design department for this well established and industry leading company? On offer is an Electrical Design Engineer role where you will report directly to the engineering manager. You will be responsible for a range of electrical components including the designs for large scale industrial electrical motors. Designing and develop new concepts and working with multiple internal teams you will see projects through from concept to completion. This role is a standalone position where you will head up and lead electrical design department, you will need to have a good grasp of engineering concepts, ideally an understanding of complex systems (machines, generators rotating equipment) where your transferable skills can be translated to this company's product. Though on the job and external training you will become the go to technical point of contact for this company's products. This role would suit an electrical design engineer who has experience of design complex systems looking to continue to develop progress to a standalone and lead design role with an industry leading and expanding manufacturer.
