My client are seeking a talented Change & Release Manager to take full control for the change and release process of their enterprise level B2C platform.
The successful applicant will be working closely with development and infrastructure teams on complex systems in a fast-paced environment, enabling the efficient delivery and release of software. It is critical to ensure the meticulous planning of each element, achieved through clear documentation of processes and strong communication to the teams. Communication is key to ensuring that all teams know the release scope, schedule and status at all times.
The role will equally involve a drive to continuously improve the process of release through performance measurement, as well seeking to improve your own practices and the company's practices with clear communication to the Operations Director.
The person we seek must have the skills below but just as important is the ability to be positive, adaptable, have a can-do attitude, be pro-active and communicate clearly with a variety of fellow employees and teams.
You must be adaptable to different situations for this challenging role.
